Jay Verburg has been our loan officer for securing a loan for our past two homes (five years).  We have gotten multiple quotes for each of the transactions and every time Jay provides us with the best loan for the lowest fees.  During this past year when the interest rates were tumbling and he was extremely busy he always took the time to answer any and all of my questions.  Now I recommend him to everyone I know that is interested in getting a loan.  He is most interested in long term clients so he takes care to recommend only loan options that will be beneficial for the client---and if he feels a refi is not a prudent choice (in our case we had planned to sell in a year) he will suggest alternative options or even to forgo a refi altogether, as in our case.  This kind of integrity and customer service is rare in today's opportunistic real estate market.  I highly recommend Jay for anyone who wants a Loan Consultant that is responsive, trustworthy and truly cares----not to mention finds you the best value in a loan.
